Terms of Service
By booking, you agree to these terms:
1. Liability for Personal items: Clients must remove all valuable, money, and personal items before the booked time. We are not responsible for loss or damage of items left in your vehicle.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You must cancel or reschedule 12 hours prior to the time of the booking. Cancelling or rescheduling is completely free until this 12 hour threshold. If the vehicle or vehicle keys aren't present, the fee of the service will still require a payment and we are not responsible for unfulfilled services.

3. Utility Access: Upon booking, be sure that a nearby water spigot and electrical outlet are available. Lack of access will result in a $20 fee.

4. Pre-existing Damage: Any pre-existing signs of poor condition may worsen if we aren't aware. Clients are responsible for letting us know of pre-existing damage. We are not liable for any unpreventable worsening condition.

5. Service Expectation: Any damage within the car, that is unable to be fixed, is the limit to where our service can be performed. Do NOT expect us to fix things like rust, peeling, scratches, etc.

6. Payment Terms: Payments are accepted after the service has been completed. Clients can choose to pay sooner but the payment will not be accepted any later than immediately after the service. Clients are expected to complete a full payment by this time. We take cash and Cash App only.

7. Appointment Change Policy: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment for any time and any reason that may be applicable and necessary. No charge will be required unless the reason is under the Terms of Service.

8. Vehicle Inspection: The client is required to inspect the service when asked to within 10 minutes after completion. We may need to do touch-ups or revisions to our work, but If the inspection exceeds these 10 minutes, we must move onto the payment.
